Although we cannot guarantee we will be able to fix it, we have a history of successfully fixing lots of tapes.

what if my tape is snapped? is there hope for digitizing it?

You don't pay for blank tapes/tv recordings, so if we find there is a tape with only old Friends episodes recorded on it, you won't pay for it.

What if my tapes are not labeled and I don't know if anything is on them ?

Yes, for one month after delivery in case any problem arise with your playback.

do you keep a back up of the digital copy?

Due to quality of tapes, it's not going to look like a modern day recording, but we convert everything in the highest quality we can. The video above is an example of what you can expect to receive (and yes, that's us, hehe!)

what will the finished product look like in terms of quality?

Unfortunately, we cannot due to copyright laws.

We have had previous clients mail us their memories from out of state.

You sure can! There is a small additional charge of $2 per tape.

I don't live in northeast ohio. how do I get you my tapes?

I have some old tv recordings of shows. can you convert thoses?

i have some vhs, some beta, and some film reels. can I get different formats digitized within the same order?

can i get everything on a dvd and a usb?

How does the process work?

We meet up locally, and we pick up your tapes or other media formats. You may also ship your memories if you prefer. There is a contract to go over and a 30% deposit. After that, we take your media and get converting.! After everything is digitized, we meet back up, and we deliver your original tapes back with the finalized DVD and/or flashdrive.
